An ~50-person Italian consumer brand had a small marketing team (3 people) and 4 active social channels demanding always-on content. Average brief-to-publish: 3 days. Engagement decent but volume too low to compete with bigger players.
We built a pipeline combining: (1) an LLM fine-tuned on the client's brand voice, (2) image generation guided by visual templates, (3) calendar automation that schedules posts across the 4 channels. The marketing team stays in creative control (mandatory final approval), but the first draft arrives in hours rather than days.
Honest trade-off: engagement-per-post is slightly lower than manual (-8% average), but offset by 3x the content volume published. Total net engagement +180% in the quarter post-go-live. Scale model: embedded AI lead two days a week for 6 months.
