Discovery → PoC → Scale. From AI idea to measurable production, with an explicit go/no-go at every phase.
No monster contract to sign before you know it works. Each phase has clear duration and deliverables. You decide whether to proceed, based on data we hand you.
1 week · fixed-scope
A scoping call, a walk-through of your process, a quick feasibility validation. No pre-cooked PowerPoint.
4–8 weeks · fixed-scope
We build a working system (not a demo) on the validated use case. Pilot on real subset, measured metrics.
Variable · you choose the model
Three options post-PoC. You decide at go-live, not before. We don't disappear after the demo.
Nine technical capabilities, grouped in three families. Plus a cross-cutting foundation for those who go to production seriously.
Summarise, extract, draft from any document at scale — turning unread inboxes and archives into structured knowledge.
Learn more arrow_forwardExtract structured fields from PDFs, forms, invoices, contracts — replacing manual data entry with verifiable AI.
Learn more arrow_forwardCompany knowledge bases queryable in natural language, on your data, with source citations.
Learn more arrow_forwardProduction-grade chatbots and copilots with RAG over your data, plugged into the tools your team already uses.
Learn more arrow_forwardTriage, route, and resolve tickets. Human agents stay for the edge cases that actually need them.
Learn more arrow_forwardSpeech-to-action interfaces, audio analysis, computer vision, multimodal agents — beyond the chat window.
Learn more arrow_forwardSecure, scalable deployment of LLM and ML pipelines on AWS, GCP, or your own metal.
Learn more arrow_forwardEvaluation, monitoring, audit trails, EU AI Act compliance — so your AI keeps performing in production, even 12 months later.
Learn more arrow_forwardReal sectors, real numbers. Where clients asked for confidentiality, we anonymise the name but the numbers remain the ones we measured.
Operational docs scattered across 4 systems; seniors burning 30 min/day looking up precedents. RAG indexing with source citations, Slack-integrated.
800-1200 CVs/month per role. LLM screening with structured extraction and scoring against the job description, ATS-integrated.
Small marketing team, 4 channels, constant volume pressure. LLM fine-tuned on brand voice + image generation + calendar automation.
Manual visual inspection subject to operator fatigue. AI detection with bounding boxes, edge deploy, ENAC/EASA audit-trail compliant.
Manual validation of client documents (ID, payslip, CU, KYC), slow and error-prone. OCR + LLM validation + workflow engine with immutable audit trail.
Yes: Discovery and PoC are fixed-scope, you pay regardless of outcome. But at the end of the PoC you have one of two things: a working system with real metrics, or precise documentation of why it doesn't work. Both are useful — not shelfware. With us, the "doesn't work" you find out in weeks, not after semesters of work.
No. The Discovery exists exactly to figure out whether your current data is enough for the use case. If not, we tell you before the PoC — with a plan to get there. We don't let you discover it after weeks of work. You don't need an in-house data scientist: we are it, as long as needed.
Three options, you choose at go-live: (1) Tessaris run — we operate the system as managed service. (2) Hand-off + Care — to your team with formal knowledge transfer + on-call retainer. (3) Embedded AI Lead — one of our seniors part-time in your team for 6-12 months.
The Discovery (week 1) gives you a projected ROI estimate for the use case. The PoC (weeks 2-9) gives you real metrics measured on a production subset. The scale/stop decision is yours with data in hand. Typical payback 6-12 months from go-live on mature use cases.
Yes and yes. We operate mainly in Italian (and English when needed), EU-only deployment when the case requires, AI Act risk classification included in Discovery, GDPR DPA available at PoC signature. For regulated sectors (financial, healthcare, aviation) we have specific expertise and handle audit documentation directly.
A 30-minute call. You tell me the process you'd want to automate, I tell you honestly whether it's worth running the Discovery — and which use case I'd start with.
