An Italian staffing agency was receiving 800-1200 CVs per month for each open position. Recruiters burned 6-8 hours per week each just on the initial filtering, and despite that, the best candidates were often lost because CVs with non-standard formats got rejected too quickly.
We built an automated screening system: the LLM reads the CV (any format), extracts the structured fields (experience, skills, certifications, languages), and matches them against the client's job description — producing a motivated score for each candidate. Results feed directly into the client's existing ATS.
The PoC showed the system preserves 78% of "gold standard" human judgment on first filter, in a fraction of the time. Scale model: Tessaris managed service (we run the pipeline and quality monitoring).
